Driving from Montana to Arizona extremely drunk is enough to limit any statue no matter how tall it is. Yes, you can call in sick for court.

Ah, what the hell, don't go to court! Then one day, when you least expect it, maybe when your driving your future wife and inlaws to dinner the night before your wedding, you'll get pulled over for a broken tail light. The cop will run your license, then haul your ass off to jail, where by the way, Bubba will ream it. After posting bail, you then can explain to your now ex-fiance how stupid you were in not appearing in court.

No, it is not true in your case since the law was recently changed. And I did not know that cops took polls.

Evidently you are inquiring about going to court for yourself and not your friend.

What did your attorney advise you to do? If you actually retained one...

So no matter what anyone tells you unless it is what you want to hear, you think it is not so?

I think you need to show up for court.
