What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

Son was visiting last year and totaled our car. He was charges with Driving While Impaired and Reckless Driving to Endanger. His court date was 6 months ago. He has no WA DL, but does still have his NC DL. What will happen next? Thank you

What he has is a "license" from NC in his wallet, which is in all likelihood, suspended. WA issued a suspension and NC would by now, have complied. He most likely also has an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Dont' think "statute of limitations", it does not apply.
