Failure to Appear DUI Charge

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

I was recently arrested for a third DUI in 10 years, driving after cancellation and refusing the second breathalyzer. What states would extradite me for failure to appear? How far would I have to go?

I cannot give you a list of states that will extradite... I am not feeling psychic today. However, I will tell you that getting a job/license/traffic ticket will be very interesting.

All states will extradite - if Minnesota is willing to pay to have you shipped back to the state. Expect to get arrested for every traffic stop or meeitng with the police. Then wait 4 hours to 4 days with th efriendly police for Minn to decide whether to extradite.
