false conviction?

What is the name of your state?delaware i was recently covicted of dui & opted to agree on first offenders program/classes/probation ,taking the advice of pub. def. after the hearing, the clerk said i had a warrant & i should take care of it. i knew i did not so i went downstairs to arrange probation & alchohol classes. they also said i had a warrant,& that when i went for treatment i may be arrested. when i got home i noticed that the ss# & licence# that the state used to convict me were not my own. my tickets were written correctly, however. probation used same info as court, but as far as dmv was concerned my licence was still valid.i figured i got lucky until i was violated for not registering for classes @ which time my license was suspended&subsequently was charged w/contempt.my question is,can the state use these false documents to convict me originally & is the sentece or case, for that matter valid?---& shouldn't the lawyer although it was a pub def.be a little more attentive?
