What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

My roommate threw a party at the house we live at and the police were called due to a noise complaint. I spoke to the police because I was the only person present who was sober. A few weeks later I received a letter notifying me that I had been charge with supplying alcohol to minors. Obviously I am very upset because I stayed in my room for the whole party except when I spoke to the police(I do not drink alcohol and I do not like techno music, and I DO NOT SUPPLY ALCOHOL TO MINORS!). It wasnt my party and I am not on the lease, how can they charge me with this crime???

You'll have to wait for your attorney to ask the DA what their reasoning is. The State is the one who has to prove up their case.
