Falsely arrested for DUI

I thought you were arrested for traffic offenses and for resisting, obstructing or delaying or some such thing?

I was, but I didn't realize that till later. At the scene he told me he was arresting me for dui. When I got the police report I saw that it listed a dui on the incident report and I didn't notice that dui wasn't listed on the arrest report. So, I thought I had to get it expunged, but I found out that that was not the case and it only shows up as a traffic arrest.
