Felony DUI

What is the name of your state? Indiana

Is it possible to get the felony off my record? I would like to some day get a passport and vote. If so how long would it take before I can try to expunge the felony?

No .

You can however vote , If you complete your sentence .

You can apply for a certificate of relief , specifying what you want relief to do , or relief of what you're not allowed to do .
