felony or misdemeaner?

What is the name of your state?maine
OUI single car accident 3 years ago. BAC .17. 1st, and only, OUI, been sober since. Is this a felony or misdemeaner? Also, when filling out job applications, what do i do. Is there any way to get this expunged from my record?
