But is only working there temporarily - he refused the breath test - expecting a drug or urine test - but was driven to hotel. no time served his date coming up is 3/4- is it possible to have this court date moved to his home state of Wisconsin and follow through with sentencing in WI?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

A: No, he will have to handle it in Washington.

It is sometimes possible, just maybe, to complete some portion of penalties in another state, with court and probation officer approval.
