First DUI

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? AZ

I was pulled over last week and charged with a DUI. Before consulting a lawyer I read over my ticket and the make of my car is spelt wrong. I drive a Buick and the citation reads "Buic" with no model listed. Is this possible grounds for dismissal?

No. "Buic" is shorthand that officers use on tickets for Buick. The courts know what it means and if you were to contest the ticket, the court would just ask the officer what kind of car he pulled over.

No; the kind of motor vehicle you were driving is not an element of the crime.
