first dui

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? alaska..i got arrested for dui on 3/13/09 and blew a .134. I got my car taken, was arrested, and do not know what i was pulled over for. i went to jail and they gave me papers to appear in court with the wrong birthdate on it. Is there a diversion option for me? i quit my job on friday the thirteenth (night of arrest) because i had a boss that was abusive. my bad luck. can anyone help?
