First DWI-Will it be deleted after 10 years

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

I got a DWI with a field breath test of .13. But I refused to give a breath test at the station. Not good, right but I didn't know better. Anyway, since they don't really have a breath reading will this DWI be deleted from their record after 10 years if I don't ever get one again?
