What is the name of your state? Minnesota

Hi,

I am a 20 year old male that was arrested last Thursday at about midnight. My car got stuck in some snow, and someone called the police and they came and arrested me. I took the breathalyser test and failed. My BAC level was 0.10.

I have been charged with a 4th degree DWI. My court date is on January 30th, 2008. My question is: should I get a lawyer to defend me? This is my first time going to jail and my first DWI. The maximum penalty for my offense is $1,000 and 90 days in jail. Do you think I'll have to go to jail?
