First UOI

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

I recieved a first OUI about four month ago and I am facing my couurt date. I have never been in legal problems before, and actually refused a test that night, because quite frankly I thought that was the think to do.

Any ideas what I am facing? Can I plead to something lesser? How long is the licence gone? I have a new job that I like and I'd hate to loose it.
