forever?

What is the name of your state? texas, my sister is having to go to court for a dui, her attorney said in texas it stays on her record forever. is this true? she lives in another state so will this also be on her record forever?

**A: yes, pursuant to Texas law, the dui record would even be etched into her gravestone.
