What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
Some college students threw a kegger the other night at an apartment's pool.
-There was one minor who was carded, but was told to leave, as was everybody else.
-There were no citations issued, no breathalyzers performed, or charges issued they just wanted to talk to the host. However...
-The host/owner of the keg was not present to claim the keg, so the police confiscated the tap, put it in a bag, and left after about an hour after waiting.
Is there a possibility of filing said charges to the host, proven the tap was their property?
Also, could a facebook status entailing the host is throwing a party at the pool be incriminating to the host?
Helpful comments/suggestions are very much appreciated.
