Ga Dui .. Fl License

I was arrested for Dui in Ga but live in and have a FL license. I have asked my Ga attorney what to do about my Fl licence and he doesn't know. I am concerned about contacting fl dmv to ask. Anybody know how this will go down and what I can anticipate. Thanks ....

what are you going to tell the FLA DMV?

I got arrested for DUI?

you are under no obligation to do so...

however in time they will find out...

if you get convited...

at this point from the sounds of it you got arrested... and not convited of the crime... big differance.

if your lawyer does not know what to do in this situation you might want to get another

Suspension

If Georgia suspends your license, it will be suspended in Florida as well as all other states. Do as your lawyer advises for now.

I have not been convicted yet, I have to go back to court in about a month. If and when I am convicted and Ga suspends my license, are they suspending my FL license? Do I fall under Ga guidelines or FL guidelines to get my licence back? Do I apply to FL or GA for a conditional license.

I appreciate the info.
