| Getting a Court Appointed attorney in TX Texas, My brother was charged at him home for a DUI in Tx, but he was not drunk. He is in his 50's and a responsible and respected person. (new to Texas) Police saw damage to his fender and followed him home and then questioned him. They wanted to do a breath test, he requested Blood test as he was on a prescription med that was not controlled, but later we found caused some issues. He is broke, lost his job and does not have an attorney. Can he reasonably get a court appointed attorney? and He has never had a ticket or any other legal issues, what is the chance he can get off? |
