Question

how to obtain hardship driving liscense

What is the name of your state? Illinois
I have had 2 dui's 1993--1999--My wife passed away about 1 1/2 years ago
I still do not have a liscense and have moved away to return to college no family or friends need to get around--do not drink anymore--need to get around??????How do I go about obtaining a hardship permit--can I get a judge to do this.

Have you talked with the local D.M.V. ?This will of course depend on your complete driving history. The D.M.V will know the answers to the questions you need to know. Then purhaps talk to legal counsel, regardiong your options.
