Hardship Licence Question

What is the name of your state? CA

I just received my results from my admin per se hearing for a 2nd DUI and the suspension was upheld. The clerk told me at the dmv office, that I could not apply for a restricted license for a yr. Is this true? is there any way that I could state hardship? if there are any possible licences available, could somebody please fill me in. Thanks!

Did you ask them at the hearing about a restricted license?

Check this DMV link and then contact your local office:

The problem here might be that this is your 2nd conviction. And the place to have brought it up would likely have been the hearing because now you may not be able to apply for even a restricted license for one year.

Enroll in a treatment program (as required under the VC section) and stop drinking before you kill someone!
