Help


I was arrested in New York for a dwi and used my brothers name when arrested and booked. I already have 2 dwai charges and no license. Whats could to happen?????????

Not to mention additional charges for identity theft, lying to a police officer and most likely perjury if you lie to the court (perjury is a FELONY), obstruction of justice charges. Oh and you are aware of what Martha Stewart went to prison for, correct?

NY I kinda figured i mite b facing jail time. Ur pretty smart!!!!! The charges are AUO, DWI by drugs and alcohol, and false impersonation. Does anyone else have any real info they could share with me?

how much time


I just wondered if anyone knew the maximum i could be locked up for? I havent served any time yet or probation for the past 2 dwais. You think I mite just get probation?
