Help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ
My ex husband received his 2nd DUI in AZ which was an extreme DUI and I was told he had to have an interlock device on his car to be able to drive. How can I find out he was court ordered to do so since he is driving our 3 year old daughter around? I was told that if he does not have the device and she is in the car he would get arrested and she would be sent to CPS if they could not find me. Please help me my child means everything to me!

Does he even have a license at all? It's a hard suspension for a year. THen you can drive with the interlock. Ask to see his license

If he is driving without a required interlock, then he is essentially driving while revoked. It's quite possible they will take him into custody.

If your child is in the car, CPS will be called. You don't think they're going to let him take the baby to jail?

Don't get snarky with me. If the license is one dated after his conviction, it would be post-suspension and if he is in the interlock period it will have a restriction code on it to indicate that.
