Help

I live in california i had a dui six years ago and i got another one. i also am in pc1000 i will complete my classes before my arraignment what is going to happen with this. i have 3 kids and i work and go to college i am terrified please help

You are in deep trouble. Not only are you going to see 10 days in jail (at a MINIMUM) on the second DUI, you have probably blown your pc1000 and you'll face those penalties as well. The classes are only part of your PC1000, you're also expected to not commit any crimes for 18 months as well.
