What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NE

I have a friend who resides in NE and got a first offense DUI - he was ordered AA classes, some counseling, 50 hours community service. $600 in fines and he opted for the interlock device for four months (has had it on for approx. 2 months). He has completed the required classes. He has not been assigned a probation officer yet. He is wanting to move out of the state of NE and have his interlock taken off. He has a restriction on his NE license right now for the interlock. If he moves out of state, do you think they would come after him on a warrant or something? Could he obtain a driver's license in another state without the restriction showing through his SS number? The move is scheduled for next month.

Thanks!

If he breaks the terms of his probation a warrant will be issued. If it was not a felony dui they will probably not extradite.

He would be nuts to just up an move...
