Help in North Carolina

I was arrested for dwi in NC 12/10/06. I did not blow. I have two previous DUI's that were in Illinois back in 1994. Will NC see those DUI's from 1994 and if so what am I looking at for a penalty? I read that NC only goes back ten years....Please help
