Help with repeat underage offense

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Hello everyone my name is X, and I have some time before my hearing to converse with you all on some events and legalities(if you have time) of repeat underage alcohol offenses. When I was 16, I recieved and Underage citation and was issued a alcohol class that would downgrade my offense into a disorderly, then to be expunged by age 18. I am 19 as of now. Approx. 7 months ago I was charged with being in possession of alcohol in a car and an underage. Fines and 6 month license suspension ensued, but still charged as two summary offenses. My license is to be returned in 6 days. Not to stop there, a month after that I was charged with retail theft of over $150. I was offered probation for a year and upon completion, an expunged misdemeanor offense would be downgraded to a summary offense. I recieved my 3rd underage citation 2 days ago. Good timing on my part.

Now this is where I have a few technicalities that could not be answered in the Archives Forum or the Pennsylvania Code website.

Q- After 3 citations of underage, would I be exempt from being offered placement in an alcohol class considering I have already taken classes my first time?

Q- Pennsylvania code says a second offense in mininum $500 fine+ court costs and license suspension of 1 year. After my retail theft and underage of 7 months ago, I successfully have started college classes, held down a job and have been doing community service. Knowing myself I cannot support a year without transportation to fulfill my probabtion duties of staying enrolled in school and classes, does the court usually weigh this in consideration, or is it moot point considering it is a repeat offense?

Q- With my retail theft charge being a misdemeanor offense, does this carry any bearing on my case of a 2nd underage i.e. more community service, jailtime ?

I thank anyone for reading this and replying to me, even if you want to blow off some steam at someone who makes stupid mistakes in general. All input is good. If you have had a similar experience with multiple offenses, feel free to tell me here or in an email, it would also be appreciated. Thanks to all the smart people here in advance.
Steve
