Here Is My Story

Hello everyone. My name is Adam and I'm 17 years old(Aug 24 i turn 18). Just about 3 days ago I was arrested under numerous charges. Here is the chain of events:

It was around 12:30 and i was taking my girlfriend home from a party. We both had been drinking. Keep in mind she was two streets from her house when i was pulled over.

My right headlight was out, which caused this dick of a cop to pull me over in the first place.

He asked for my liscence and noticed i was a minor and out past curfew. (12:00 a.m)

Some stories were made up by me and my girlfriend, but the cop was being extremely manipulative.

Eventually he forced it out of me that i had been drinking. He asked me to get out of the car and he proceeded to preform 5 sobriety tests on me. The eye test, lifting my right leg up and counting 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand etc. Next he made me walk heel to heel counting 9 steps and then back again. Then he made me count four of my fingers excluding my thumb. 1,2,3,4 4,3,2,1 if you understand.

Another thing, was that my fly on my pants was down. The officer questioned it, and very bluntly asked if my girlfriend was preforming sexual acts. I was so sure of himself that he basically made me say yes. I actually had urinated publicly and left my zipper down. THE OFFICER DOES NOT KNOW THIS. My girlfriend later that night put in a complaint that the officer had questioned such personal matter. I found that it was not only rude but extremely irrelevant.

He then asked me to step over to his car and thats where he cuffed me and gave me a sceneric ride in his cruiser.

My girlfriend, 18, was told to walk home. My car was then towed and impounded. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS PART because I'm just not sure. AT the impound lot, evidently, they did a so called "inventory" which just getting around searching my car without a warrant and what not. Keep in mind that the officer never told he would search my car and did not search it in front of me. The only thing relevant he said was "Is their anything in your car i should know about." I of course lied, thinking i would get off. Wrong, very wrong. During the inventory they found 2.8 grams of marijauna and a marijuana pipe. This was later brought to the station while i was there and placed in a evidence bag.

At the station i accepted to take the breathalizer test. I had a blood alcohol level of 0.055. The legal limit is 0.02.

My court date is on the 17th of July in a juvenile court system in Upper Arlington of Columbus, Ohio. My charges are OMVI, possession, parephenilia, curfew, broken headlight, and under age consumption.

I'M IN DESPERATE NEED OF ANY LEGAL ADVICE AT ALL. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! THANK YOU.
