hiatus from treatment Probation Violation?Colorado I am currently on probation in Colorado for dui, along with the case I have a 2yr deferred dui and a 3yr deferred aggravated motor vehicle theft. I was ordered to complete 24hrs level II ADAD education and 86hrs of therapy. My P.O. ordered my treatment to begin by 4-25-08 and be completed by 08-2009. What would be the legal ramifications of taking an unauthorized 6-week hiatus from my current treatment. Can i even take a hiatus as long as I meet the completion date? And are there any measures i can take to protect myself if i take the break? Thank you. |

| If you violate your probation as outlined in your post, you will go to the clink.

| Your deferrals will cease to be deferred and you'll get those convictions and their inherent penalties. |

| If the break is for a legitimate reason, why not seek permission? |
