How do you go about getting your driving record expunged in St. Louis. Mo??

How do you go about getting your driving record expunged?? I know it can be done but, do I need a lawyer? Is their any thing on a dirving record that can't be expunged??? Like DUI. DWI driving on a suspended license etc...
Getting your driving record expunged? does not mean its erased but, what exactly does it mean??? I'm really confused??

I read your article, I have the very same concern. Yet, don't really understand the purpose for an expungement. Please read the article I wrote about posted date of April 24,2001.
