What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

Is there any way of getting DWI/DUI off your record? If so, how long do you have to wait after conviction? What are the procedures? What are the chances that the court/DMV will get it off your record?

Not very likely to happen .

See , if you're convicted a second ,third , on up , you're sentencing could be determined by your priors .

As for you other post , if you take it seriously and learn from your experience , society and the law usually is willing to give a person a second chance , as long as there's no extenuating circumstances involved with a DWI/DUI .

There are many in professions with said past .
