How to save driving priviledges

What is the name of your state? VA
I have not yet been to court for a DUI charge in NC. Is there any way to keep VA DMV from finding out? I have heard about appealing so that the case goes to a higher court where other states don't "see" what's going on. Expensive, but perhaps worth it?
