Does a AI stay on your record?? I was picked up for public intoxication and was wanting to know if it stay on or it just gets thrown off. I plead guilty for it.

Yes, it stays on your record. Although one offense for public intoxication shouldn't have any life altering ramifications. It's sort of like a tattoo, it will always be there for the world to see, (if they're looking for it) but most people aren't too concerned about it. But it will serve as a permanent reminder of something you did when you weren't thinking too clearly!

Okay.
1. You NEED to stop drinking unless stripes is your new black.
2. You need to contact your PO.

It's true. Your PO can be your friend or a major pain in your arse. Get on his or her good side, and direct questions to him or her. Often times the PO has broad powers, can be either lenient or harsh depending on how you develop the relationship. Get on the good side and you're golden.

If on probation? Are you or aren't you?

How long have you been on non reporting probation and what were the charges that put you on probation? If it was for DUI, what were all the requirements you were instructed to abide by in the terms of your probation, do you have them?
Have you already appeared before the judge on this recent IA citation or haven't you been to court for it yet?

I don't know how they do things in Kentucky, so I couldn't give you any opinion of what your PO may or may not do. Frankly, I'm surprised that he/she wasn't made aware of your recent case before you were able to appear on it. Also, I would have expected the Judge who you went before on this recent AI case, to have been aware of your probation status and therefore enhance your fines/penalties accordingly. Possibly even extend the time you have to remain on probation another six months to a year as well.
Did you actually appear before a judge on this recent charge or was it something where you were able to plead guilty by mail and send in the payment for whatever the fine and related costs amounted to?

As far as what your PO may do, you should know better than anyone because you should be aware of all the specific requirements you must follow, in order to abide by the terms of your probation.
Are you supposed to abstain from consuming any alcohol at all, or only when driving? Are you required to notify your PO whenever you have contact with the police and/or pick up another charge?

If you are required to inform your PO of this case, then my advice would be to contact him/her and let the chips fall where they may. If your hoping to avoid initiating this contact, because you think that they may never discover this recent case, then your a gambling man.
Now Gamblers lose more often than they ever win, so this is something you should consider if you don't plan on being up front with your PO concerning this recent case.
So, if you gamble and win, your PO never finds out and no harm done either way.
However, if you lose and they do find out about this new case, then you risk eating a bunch of crow for taking this route.
It will be rather obvious what your plan was and there will be no back peddling at that point. On top of any punishment your handed for going the sneaky route, your credibility will be trashed and any trust or faith you've earned with your PO up to this point, will instantly vanish and probably never return.
So, only you can decide if it is worth taking this risk or not.
Good luck!
