I blew o.ooo and still charged???

What is the name of your state? Florida

I was stopped for a DUI and I barely failed the field sobriety test, was taken to the station and was given 2 tests which came back 0.000 both times. Then I was required to give a urine sample which has not come back yet.
My question is, which test is most reliable and what if one conflicts with the other?

If you took the pbt and blew zeros, and they still took you in, they are either suspecious of other drug use (hence the urine test) or maybe they thought you might have a filling or something of some material which may throw off their pbt.

I just replied other post that it doesn't matter if you are under legal limit, you are still GUILTY for DUI even if you just took a single drink.
