Unhappy

I just got a MIP but got a DUI a year ago....

What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

Ok so I know I’m an idiot and i don't need to get into the story
But i got an MIP last night but the one-year suspension i had on my record from getting a DUI just ran out. I was seriously supposed to get my license next Wednesday because my sr-22 form had just been filed in Sacramento.

What could happen to me? Will i lose my license again?
Will my insurance go up?
I turn 21 in December (13).

I just want to know what my options are.
Thanks

Oh also, the DUI is only a DUI to the DMV. Criminally, I got the charge down to a wet reckless so my prior is a wet reckless.

MIP for what exactly?
When is your court date?
you need to get an attorney.
You may get your license back for a while But I wouldn't get your hopes up.
We have a member here who is a Ca. Cop he will have a better idea but you won't know until your court date unless there is some notification made with the MIP?
While you admit to being an idiot you won't get off that easily as you didn't learn your lesson and may have the beginings of a substance abuse problem.
While you are waiting for your court date I suggest you get youself into a 12 step program and stay away from all illeagal substances. After you are 21 stay away for life and you will be glad you did.
