i need advice on my situation

i already know i am going to be convicted with a DUI, i was just hoping that someone could give me a little bit of a heads up warning on what i could be facing. i was recently stopped and given a DUI, i was not pulled over while driving, i hit a lightpole with my vehicle and the vehicle was no longer drivable, no other persons or cars were involved in the accident and there are no witnesses. the officer just happened to be driving by and seen my car was damaged, he approached the vehicle and noticed that i was drunk. i took the breath test and it said i blew a 0.22 BAC, i also failed some field sobriety tests. if that isnt bad enough, i am currently on probation for a drug charge (possession of a controlled substance), the charge was a felony but in court it was dropped to a misdemeanor. i'm not sure if it matters but this is my first DUI. i know this situation is bad but i really do not know what to expect at all. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Too complicated for me. You've got DUI resulting in accident / injury (even though it was you and not someone else); BAC over .16%, and violation of probation. In any event, you need a lawyer.
