What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD/VA

Last Thursday I was pulled over and given a DUI. My BAC was .24. I had pulled over to use the bathroom and the officer saw my car and approached me. I cooperated and was placed under arrest. I have a Virginia DL and the DUI was given to me in MD. What will VA do to my driving priveliges if convicted in MD

Please help or at least try and ease my mind

Also what is the time frame for the cases to go before a judge?
