I need help please, motorcycle accident/DUI

What iWhat is the name of your state? WA

My first time in trouble with the law

I was involved in a motorcycle accident (riding the bike)
I'm a collage student in Seattle and have never been in trouble
I was at a party near the collage (University Of Washington) when the police came and told everyone to leave or they would get ticketed, I'm 20 and had 5 beers the hole night but was forced to leave (by the police breaking up the party). My bike is a hot item to get stolen, so I stupidly rode it along with another friend to get somewhere I could spend the night.
I was cut off by my friend who also should not have been riding (drunk and a suspended license)
My bike and I crash slide under the front bumper of a Jeep
My friend and I pick up the bike (after he had hidden his bike) and my friend attempted to park it on the side of the street so it would not get towed. A bouncer of a bar knocked him over a said he was trying to steal the bike (or something)
I was tooken to the emergency room and had my blood taken (by a nurse) and an officer read me my rights. I had a .12 BAC

This is where it gets really bad, someone around where I had crashed gave the officer a police report saying that I had been motorcycle racing (not true), had hit three cars, one being a block away (also not true), and to top it off said that all three were hit and runs. I don't know why someone would say this but they did. That’s 5 criminal accounts

I tried to higher out a lawyer but after hearing what the judge said on my first court date he said it would cost me $6000 or more to help me with my case.
I can't afford this, there’s no way

On the plus side the DOL did not respond to me with in 60 days of my accident (I also sent the letter out to the DOL with certified mail).
The blood sample had the seal broken so the Seattle court sent it back, this could be a technical error that might help my case.
I also have the friend who was riding with me say that he will give a statement. But he will not say that I was riding because of his suspended license, only will say that I did not run into more than one car and the accident was not a hit and run.

Please, I need some help, I was doing wrong by riding 5 blocks to a friend’s house but I was not racing nor did I hit 3 cars and attempt to run.

I have been to my first court hearing and the judge dropped my 1500-dollar bail, but he also gave me 2 AA classes a week, which I have been attending,

If any one has any advice, a lawyer you might recommend, or if someone knows a lawyer who will be interested in a pro bono case please let me know

Thanks
Yosh

Ask the court to appoint you a public defender. If you are poor, you may get one.

Gee the police did you no favors letting you go without a citation did they?

I could easily give you a lot of grief, but think you have already heard it, and will no doubt hear it again.

Do your parents know about this yet?

While you might well ask for a PD that $6k retainer may be money well spent.

Who was serving the alcohol to minors? Were they cited?

How big were these beers, 5 12oz beers is different than 5 larger containers, what ever they were you had too many either because it was more than you stated or your body can't metabolize it if your BAC was .12.

Please do yourself and all of us a favor, take the AA program to heart, the judge ordered you to go to 2 a week, go to at least 7 a week. Give up all alcohol and substances that impair functioning and learn about what it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle.

By all means, your friend should testify to the whole truth, not just what doesn't hurt him.
