Iat degree dui 1st probation violation

Minnesota
placed on home alcohol monitor until court date, Judge stressed no missed blows under any circumstances, machine malfunctioned, (false probation violation, many witnessess were present) arrested, out on bail and missed a blow but blew with police within 10 min
