Idaho driving privledges

What is the name of your state?Idaho

I've made 2 mistakes in 5 years, have completed all court ordered obligations which were: counseling, public service(working with the "road gang") etc. I paid fines attached to both and have completed all probabtion involved. Here's the hitch: in the state of Idaho you have to pay them a rather large sum of money to get your license back**************.then you have to wait a extended period of time before getting your license back. so......my question is: If I were to move back to my home state of Nevada, would I be able to get a license there? without paying this damn state anymore of my few dollars remaining? I was arresting twice in 5 years for dwi(both times I was parked in the middle of nowhere snoozing in my back seat(and both times on my birthday)**************Happy B-day!

My youngest child has just passed away from a drowning in his mothers pool here, and I want to go as far away from the memorys associated in this state.
I am selling my home and property and want out. Can someone give me some answers to how I might resume driving?
