im really scared im going to jail

Hi. Iwas just wondering if anybody knew what could happen to me if i had a past dui conviction, was driving while my licence was revoked, and had a .17 alcohol content while i was drivind and im underage. I know it looks bad but i have social anxiety disorder and in order to even face my friends and family, i have to drink alot to at least calm my anxiety and if im facing jailtime, i dont think i can make it.I cant even make it in public let alone jail. im just wondering if the judge would have mercy on me. if anybody can recommend a good lawyer or maybe advise me on an alternative, it would be great. it might even save my life.

If you have social anxiety disorder, then you should be under the treatment of a competent psychiatrist who can treat that and your alcoholism. Then you need to get into AA. Get a good attorney. Absolutely do not drive. You understand all this will cost you/your parents lots of money.

If you had to drink heavily to stablize yourself, you better need to get Paxil to do it.

I created a website which I was trying to promote my website. The company located at [url]http://www.megapromoter.com[/url] claimed that it can send my message to 2.5 million websites and isn't SPAM. I paid 40 dollars and found out that it only submitted my website to 107 sites. In additionally, I got SPAM e-mails.

My partner and I were pissed off. We want our money back or bring a legal action on this company for false misleading.

You have a prior Dui, got caught driving while revoked, got a 2nd DUI blew a .17 (that's wasted for someone your age) and you're underage?

The first thing you need to do ASAP is to get yourself checked in to a State certified alchohol treatment program. You need to do this before you go to court. If there's any chance of getting any mercy from the judge, this will help. You should also see a psychariatrist and get on some med's before you see the judge as well. If you just show up to court, you're dead. You'll be spending time in jeuvenille jail.

This is the only way your attorney will have any ammo to negotiate your sentencing.
