I was stoped for speeding. Im a minor. The officer took me out of my car handcuffed me and gave me a breathtest without telling me anything...After he held a few buttons down it registered .04. He then took me downtown never gave me any "stupid human trick" test. (Fst) Once downtown i was never given another test, not breath, blood or urine. Im being charged with DWI, minorconsumption, public intox, and speeding...Is there any way to get off the dwi?
