| Q: Do infractions stay on any kind of record? A: Yes. Q: Will it be erased? A: No. BUT, did the court tell you anything different? Check with the clerk of the court and ask your questions to that clerk.

| State:California City:Berkeley I also received an non-driving infraction to B&P 25662A and would like to know the possible consequences...My main concern is if my driver's license will be affected in any way because on the ticket where car/license info is, the officer just wrote pedestrian...will that change anything? Also, I have been told to plea not guilty and hope the officer doesn't show up....I would rather not do that if the only consequences are a fine or community service...thank you in advance for any help as this has been worrying me for quite some time..
