What are you talking about and what state are you talking about?
And as for an interlock device on your boat -- dont try driving your boat drunk. If you did and were caught you would be in for a LOT of trouble.

No, unfortunately they don't interlock boats, boats don't have brakes, and you don't even have to have a license to buy or operate a boat.
