Job Application Question/OWII have been asked on a job application this question: Have you been convicted of (1) any felony in the last 7 years or (2) a misdemeanor in the last 5 years that involves violence, sexual misconduct, theft, fraud, or financial-related wrongdoing? I was convicted of a misdemeanor OWI in Michigan four years ago. Do I have to answer yes to this question or is an OWI not considered any of the above? |

| Only an attorney can answer your question with legal certainty, but it sure sounds like you can honestly answer, "No." - Carl

| I'm from michigan and I would check "no". The question is very specific and does not include DUI. |
