Kansas DUI - 1st offense

I was arrested for DUI two nights ago after spinning out of control into a ditch right across from a cop who had pulled someone over. I got out of the ditch, and the cop immediately pulled me over. I was told this was on caught on tape. I failed the sobriety tests, and I had an open 12 pack of beer in my car. At the police station, I blew a .102. I received five citations: DUI- incapable of save driving, DUI- BAC over .08, Transportation of alcoholic liquor- open case of beer, careless driving, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. The latter two have set fines, and require no court appearance.

Should I get a lawyer? It seems as though there is too much evidence against me. Also, I am from Missouri, and have read on a lawyer's website that there may be complications with getting my license back being out of state. What kind of complications do they mean? It looks as though diversion might be my best option. What charges does the diversion cover? Thanks to anyone who may be able to answer my questions.
