KS Lic.. DUI in CA.. Now in PA

What is the name of your state?

Hi,

I have a KS License and got a DUI in CA. Finished all the weekend programs and FOP in CA. My driving previleges in CA were suspended until october 2005.

Due to my job requirement I came to PA. Can I drive in PA with my KS license?

I got a three year court probation in CA and do I have to notify CA court that I have changed my address? Please advise. Its really confusing and I am frustrated.
