law on dui and dwi opening a school

What is the name of your state? Georgia, I am wanting to open a new dui or dwi school. I would like to know what type license you have to have and does the state support the school and does the person teaching the school have to have a license? Thank you for your help in this matter. I really appreciate any help you can give.I am appling for a business license next week.
