Question

likely to be charged?

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
After recieving my first minor for alchohol consumption, I was noticeably upset. I blew a .121 just before midnight (brown cty. sherif). I could be classified as a binge drinker. Around 2.5 hours later, I had sobered up and drove onto campus. On campus, angry as I was, I decided to drive on the arboretum trail. While attempting a three point turn, my car got stuck, and I decided to call AAA in the morning for a tow. Apparently, the campus officer had seen me driving, and didn't pull me over on campus. But the next morning another officer (GB police) oversaw the removal of my car and tow away from the trail, while I was still asleep. My question is: other than driving where I wasn't authorized to, what are the charges that I could possibly face from this?

Depends upon what you ripped up during your little stint off-roading.

I wouldn't worry about the OWI seeing as they obviously weren't concerned about it at the time.

I looked down there and the only thing that happened to the trail was done by the tow trucks. Apperently I will be cited for driving where I was not supposed to. That's just an update, while paperwork was being filed.

Is there any actions that I should take myself or anything that I should keep in mind when talking to officers?

Apparently people can be quite judgemental on this site so:
I realize that there is a problem with my behavior and that, even though I felt sober when driving, there was no gain great enough against the possible outcomes to have been driving, more or less where I shouldn't have been.
