MA. OUI and Speedy Trial ?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?MA
Unfortunatly I was arrested for DUI in MA. 18 months ago, The state has pospond the trial date 6 or 7 times and my Lawyer made some early motions, and communications between the state and my lawyer ended up with me having default warrents twice which I lucked out finding out about, Thank God For Nosie Moms. My lawyer seams to suck he has'nt even tried to get it thrown out.The witness who called on his cell phone becouse he did'nt like my driving has never shown up not, once, and I have not seen the cop in months around town.By the time the cops showed up I was park @ the local store ware iam well known bye the owners. Do you guys see anything here for me 6th Amendment or anything . Thanks I want to get on with my life

Did you at some point in the begining waive your right to a speedy trial?
Ask your attorney these questions.

Then it sounds like you have bigger problems than not getting a speedy trial and maybe you are better off with the delay than in jail. Take this time to get and stay clean and sober.
