Make sure the blood tested is yours

What is the name of your state? Ca

My friends got in a wreck a year and a half ago and the blood for the blood test was not his. The blood test blood was type "O" his was type "A+". So know your blood type.

And unless you saw the lab printout, you do NOT know this is true. I know of no lab used for these tests that regularly tests a blood for "type" while they test for alcohol or drug content. I do not recall EVER seeing a blood type listed on the drug or alcohol test results.

I saw the lab print out that his lawyer sent to him. His lawyer had it retest and it was blood typed. Right at the bottom it said type blood O. I saw him open it. When he had a public defender he also told him he didn't think the blood test was his but he wouldn't listen. So I do know it is fact. I encourage everyone to ask for a blood test and get it typed to make sure it is yours. I hope this make a believer out of you but I dout it. Would you like a copy of it?

No ... of course I do not need a copy of it.

And its news to me that a lab tests for blood type. I never said they don't do it, just that none of the labs I know of do it.

Too bad it's too late to raise the issue in his defense.
